Forgot your password:

If you don’t know or have forgotten your password, select the “Sign In” link and then select Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send you an email with details on how to set your new password.

Change your password:

Go to “My Account” and select Change Password and enter a new password and verify the new password. Your password must contain at least 5 characters.

Trouble logging into your account:

Ensure that you are trying to log into your account with the email address you signed up with.

If you are still unable to login try the following:

Go to the “Sign In” link and then select Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send you an email with details on how to set your new password.

If you are still unable to login to your account, clear the cookies in your Internet browser and try again.

Update your details:

Go to “My Account” and select to edit your contact no.& shipping / billing address.

Change your email preferences:

Go to “My Account” and select subscriptions to opt in or out of receiving emails from Smytype

Pricing in our online store:

All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars. We will bill your method of payment in Australian dollars and your card company will convert the charges for you.

Where delivery fees apply, they are charged in addition.

Customers located outside of Australia should check the delivery Information section for further information about possible customs, import and similar duties and charges that may apply to their order.

Are the prices online the same in store?\

We endeavour to keep our prices consistent throughout our stores and online. Occasionally, our pricing may be different online to in store, due to special promotions etc. that are only available in one channel.

Buy Now and Pay Later with Afterpay

Afterpay offers an interest-free payment option for your purchases online. Buy what you want today and pay it off in four fortnightly equal instalments.

To Make A Purchase Online Using Afterpay You Will Need

  • be an individual who is at least 18 years old;
  • be capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and Australian mobile telephone number;
  • provide a valid delivery address in Australia;
  • have access to a Payment Method, for example by being the holder of a Card;
  • in connection with your use of your Afterpay Account and our Products, use your real name and true and correct personal details and not use an alias or false identity (even with the consent of the person whose identity you are using) or provide false, inaccurate or misleading personal details or seek to establish a fake, untraceable or unverifiable Afterpay Account)
  • Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards
How Do I Use Afterpay Online?

  • Add items to your shopping bag and checkout.
  • Select Afterpay as your payment method – you will be redirected to the Afterpay website.
  • Register or login to your Afterpay account and confirm payment.

Important Information

  • Instalments are automatically deducted from the nominated credit/debit card when payment is due. Please ensure that you have funds available on your nominated card when payment is due. You can also choose to make a payment before the due date by logging into your Afterpay account.
  • If you fail to pay any amounts according to the Payment Schedule, Late Fees will apply on each payment that is due but not received. For the avoidance of doubt, Late Fees will not be applied until the day immediately following the day that the payment is due.
