Shipping & Delivery Information

At Smytype all the products are dispatched within 3-4* business days. The delay is because of operational issues due to current COVID-19 situation.

Delivery via Australia Post on business days and not on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive notification via email or text message containing your tracking number via Australia Post.

Delivered with Safe Drop – Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the Australia Post location where you can collect your delivery

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods, COVID-19 etc.)

If you have an account with us, you can also track your delivery by signing into your account and selecting “My Orders”

Your order will be despatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.
